Rue intérieure is a Montreal design studio founded in 2015 by Jean Pujol.

Proportion and harmony are at the heart of the studio’s work. Beauty and movement crafted through the interaction of space, object, and the individual drive the studio’s vision. The result is refined furniture that balances a rich aesthetic with comfortable and generous functionality.

“Everyday life inspires me,” says Pujol. “Each moment, each object, even sounds converge to create images and shapes. After visualizing, I choose whether to draw the form or not. Then begins the process of materializing the shape into life. Being part of ICFF 2021 is to renew with interaction, with dynamic, with materiality in order to accomplish what we are designed for: To live.”
