Important note: It was brought to our attention that some ICFF exhibitors received solicitations from unauthorized attendee list agencies and hotel vendors. As a reminder, we want to warn our customers to exercise extreme caution with respect to any and all communications received from companies claiming to be affiliated with ICFF. In addition, we have not and will not sell, rent and/or distribute our exhibitors’ and attendees’ contact information. Please take a look at our approved vendors below.

  • Leading up to ICFF, we will have many opportunities for inclusion in marketing efforts and press outreach, including promotion on icff.com and on social media. To have your images considered for use, simply complete the form, upload your images, and acknowledge the release.

  • In partnership with Eventsphere, we have secured discounted rates at a selection of New York hotels. We know plans change, so to help ease your travel planning, Eventsphere, the only official hotel provider for ICFF 2024, offers convenient hotel options with flexible change and cancellation policies. We encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.

Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.

    Accessing the Javits Center by train:

    The No.7 line extension to Hudson Yard is one of the easiest ways to get to the Javits Center. The subway stop is right across the street from the convention center- at 34 St and 11th Ave. The 7 line is one of the most useful subway lines as it stops at Grand Central, Times Square and Bryant Park.
