Is the ICFF open to industry only?
The ICFF is an industry only show the first three days. The last day of the fair is open to the general public.

Where can I register to attend the show?
Registration can be done online or onsite at the Javits Center. Please note that prices increase after May 1st and for onsite registration.

When will I receive my badge?
You will receive your confirmation letter after registering online via email. Badges will not be mailed. You can pick up your badge onsite at the Javits Center by bringing your printed confirmation letter with you and scanning it at one of the registration counters. You will need a photo ID in order to obtain your badge.

How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
You will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation, please call Registration at 800-465-5514 (domestic) and 847-996-5814 (international) or email ICFF@experient-inc.com.

What do I need to do in order to change the company name on my badge?
Please email customer service. Please note that if you are registering under a new company, you may be required to provide additional credentials for re-qualification.

Are children allowed to attend?
YOUTH badges may be purchased onsite registration for $60. Children 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are NOT permitted on the show floor during set up and dismantle. Strollers are not permitted on the show floor.

How do I make hotel arrangements?
The ICFF has secured discounted rates at a selection of New York hotels through onPeak, our official housing vendor. Click HERE for more information about booking your hotel room.

Is parking available at the Javits Center?
There is no parking at the Javits Center. However, there are a variety of lots open, ranging from 24-hour, 7-days a week, to more limited service. Additional travel information is available HERE.

Are wheelchair/scooter rentals available at the Javits Center?
Wheelchairs are available to attendees and exhibitors free of charge. Call the Javits directly to reserve 212-216-2196.

How can I register my booth staff?
Exhibitor Registration can be done online via the Exhibitor Console. Exhibitors will be notified by email when registration opens for badges. You can choose to email exhibitor badge confirmations to your registered booth staff which includes a barcode enabling them to print their badge onsite. Please note that a photo ID is required to pick up badges on-site.

What do I need to do if I need to change the company name on my badge?
Please contact your sales representative.

How do I manage my online booth profile?
You can update your profile, register booth staff, set appointments with attendees, etc. through the Exhibitor Console.

What is the Show Guide and how can I be sure that my booth information is included?
A Show Directory listing is the contact information and product categories that will be published both on the ICFF website and in the printed Show Guide. It’s a key tool in telling the attendees about your company before, during and after the show.  Be sure to login to your Exhibitor Dashboard to enter your information. The final deadline for entering your information to be included in the printed guide is April 10.

How can I obtain an International Visa letter of invitation?
Visa letters can be requested during the registration process. If you are having trouble securing your Visa letter, please contact ICFF@experient-inc.com.
