As a reminder, we want to warn our customers to exercise extreme caution with respect to any and all communications received from companies claiming to be affiliated with ICFF. In addition, we have not and will not sell, rent and/or distribute our exhibitors’ and attendees’ contact information. Please take a look at our approved vendors below.

  • Leading up to ICFF, we will have many opportunities for inclusion in marketing efforts and press outreach, including promotion on icff.com and on social media. To have your images considered for use, simply complete the form, upload your images, and acknowledge the release.

  • Housing Works is a federal registered 501c3 charity, we will provide a complimentary pick up and tax donation receipt to your company for donation items that meet our criteria (see list of accepted items below). Please pre-register your donation items on our online form: https://housingworks.formtitan.com/corporatedonationform#/

    How to Donate: 1.) Please Pre-Register your Donations on our online form:

    2.) At show site, please go to the FREEMAN EXHIBITOR SERVICE CENTER  to complete an MHA Form for ‘DONATION TO HOUSING WORKS’. Please provide your Booth #, full name, email, phone and company information and a complete inventory on this form. Providing this full information will enable us to send your company a tax donation receipt and to assess your items.

  • ICFF has an online platform to help you prepare for the show called the Exhibitor Console. The Exhibitor Console is a “one-stop shop” where you can access all the show services quickly and easily.  Logging onto the console takes just a few steps:

    1. Click the “Exhibitor Login” button
    2. Enter your email address and click next
    3. Click the forgot password/first time login link, enter your email address and click submit
    4. Look for the password reset email and follow the instructions to set your password

    Accessing the Javits Center by train:

    The No.7 line extension to Hudson Yard is one of the easiest ways to get to the Javits Center. The subway stop is right across the street from the convention center- at 34 St and 11th Ave. The 7 line is one of the most useful subway lines as it stops at Grand Central, Times Square and Bryant Park.

  • The ICFF Editors’ Awards are one of the design industry’s premier accolades.  Judged by editors from invited design media, who tour the trade fair floor and deliberate to determine the best of the best of the year’s product launches.  The awards recognize the top designs in 12 categories: body of work, new designer, furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor, materials, wallcoverings, accessories, kitchen and bath and booth.  All category winners will be considered as finalists for Best in Show and recognized during the awards ceremony at ICFF.

    All ICFF + Wanted 2025 exhibitors are automatically considered. No submission required.

  • We understand that many international exhibitors have questions regarding their trade show shipments and tariffs recently imposed by the U.S. government.

    Phoenix Internation Business Logistic (PIBL) receives updates from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) as they become available, however, we are still awaiting clarification on certain tariff-related issues. We are also in frequent communication with legal counsel and industry associations and will continue to share updates with the trade show community.
