BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration will be opening 2/4/26. The “contract contact” for your company will be the one that receives an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to register your staff. Please note, if another person should be managing your account, you can add that person as a new user after you log in. The email invitation is unique to the contract contact’s email address and will not work for anyone else. **The unique link in the welcome email is the only way to access the registration portal for exhibitors**
COMPLIMENTARY MARKETING OPPORTUNITY
Leading up to ICFF, we will have many opportunities for inclusion in marketing efforts and press outreach, including promotion on icff.com and on social media. To have your images considered for use, simply complete the form, upload your images, and acknowledge the release.
DONATION PROGRAM
ICFF will be working with 2 partners this year for exhibitor donations. We will continue to work with Housing Works as we have in the past, and we are also thrilled to announce that we will be working with Habitat for Humanity New York City and Westchester as part of our 2026 partnership with the charitable organization.
We will have more information on both donation programs in the coming weeks.

Introducing the brand new and improved ICFF 2026 Exhibitor Directory!
Login Details: Exhibitors Who Have Never logged into Bulletin (ICFF’s platform for the new exhibitor directory): Look out for an email from sender name “Bulletin Onboarding,” with subject line “ICFF welcomes you to the 2026 Exhibitor Directory”. Once you click the main link in that email, your ICFF 2026 Exhibitor Directory account will be activated! You can also login to the platform by going into your exhibitor console (see instructions in next drop-down) and clicking “ACTIVATE YOUR ICFF EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY BRAND PROFILE” in the tasks section.
You’ll then log in and move through an easy onboarding flow where you’ll provide the info below. Please note that the first three items are mandatory for your ICFF 2026 Exhibitor Directory Brand Page to be “live” and fully visible to our attendees. Access a cheat sheet with more details and visual instructions via the “Featured Links” section in the exhibitor console.

Brand Profile: Photos, bio, etc.
Business Address / Fulfillment Details: By default, we’ll auto-disable e-commerce functionality based on your fulfillment address. For International brands without US/Canada distribution, this means you can still upload products without worrying about attendees adding products to cart (but still take advantage of all the great tools available on the Bulletin platform).
Upload Your Products: This is highly encouraged so attendees can view your product offering ahead of time. If you’d like help uploading your assortment, you can select the “Build with Our Team” option during onboarding to share your line sheet, and we’ll build out your products for you! (please note: this process takes up to 2 weeks to complete)
EXHIBITOR CONSOLE
ICFF has an online platform to help you prepare for the show called the Exhibitor Console. The Exhibitor Console is a “one-stop shop” where you can access all the show services quickly and easily. Logging onto the console takes just a few steps:
- Click the “Exhibitor Login” button
- Enter your email address and click next
- Click the forgot password/first time login link, enter your email address and click submit
- Look for the password reset email and follow the instructions to set your password

Accessing the Javits Center by train:
The No.7 line extension to Hudson Yard is one of the easiest ways to get to the Javits Center. The subway stop is right across the street from the convention center- at 34 St and 11th Ave. The 7 line is one of the most useful subway lines as it stops at Grand Central, Times Square and Bryant Park.

The ICFF Editors’ Awards are one of the design industry’s premier accolades. Judged by editors from invited design media, who tour the trade fair floor and deliberate to determine the best of the best of the year’s product launches. The awards recognize the top designs in 12 categories: body of work, new designer, furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor, materials, wallcoverings, accessories, kitchen and bath and booth. All category winners will be considered as finalists for Best in Show and recognized during the awards ceremony at ICFF.
All ICFF + WANTED 2026 exhibitors are automatically considered. No submission required.

TARIFF UPDATES
We understand that many international exhibitors have questions regarding their trade show shipments and tariffs recently imposed by the U.S. government.
Phoenix Internation Business Logistic (PIBL) receives updates from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) as they become available, however, we are still awaiting clarification on certain tariff-related issues. We are also in frequent communication with legal counsel and industry associations and will continue to share updates with the trade show community.
