As MA’s Executive Director of Interiors, Becca Roderick leads with both vision and precision to guide the the creation of timeless, refined spaces that align seamlessly with a project’s architectural, cultural, and commercial contexts. Leveraging nearly 25 years of hospitality design experience, her award-winning work is guided by the ethos that the most successful spaces shouldn’t just look beautiful; they should feel good too. As leader of the firm, Becca works collaboratively to drive new business initiatives, strategically expand MA’s portfolio, and further strengthen the firm’s presence in the industry as a brand ambassador. She plays a key role in fostering a collaborative design process at MA, further integrating the firm’s in-house planning, architecture, interior design, and art services, all with an unwavering commitment to seamless project delivery, design excellence, and exceptional client care.

With professional degrees in architecture and journalism, Joseph has a desire to make living beautifully accessible. His work seeks to enrich the lives of others with visual communication and storytelling through design. The New York-based writer has also contributed to exhibitions hosted by the AIA New York’s Center for Architecture and Architectural Digest, and recently published essays and collage illustrations with Proseterity, a literary publication.
