Prior to founding Post Company, he served as the Brand Director of Ace Hotel Group, where he directed brand direction, product design, new development selection, and strategic partnerships. He also worked at Neverstop, a niche marketing agency specializing in branding, experiences, and events for such clients as Nike, Microsoft, Wieden + Kennedy, and Uniqlo.
He is a graduate of Colorado College. He lives in Lakeville, CT, with his family
