Flavia Pereira

Flavia Pereira is the founder and CEO of Anduba, a company that partners with Indigenous artists to create sustainable wallcoverings that bring Indigenous art and perspectives into everyday spaces.

Born in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Flavia holds an MBA from Yale and spent over twenty years in business, including a senior operating role at Somos Educação, one of Brazil's largest education companies, and as Vice President at Gusto. In her forties, she returned to Brazil and connected with Indigenous communities, which reshaped how she understood meaning, connection, and beauty.

She founded Anduba in 2025 around a simple conviction: Indigenous art belongs in the places where people actually live, work, and gather — not only in galleries and museums. These perspectives carry ways of relating to land, community, and time that most contemporary spaces never touch. Anduba exists to change that — through a partnership model where artists retain full copyright, participate in every decision, and earn up to three times the industry standard in royalties.
