How are we making ICFF safe for Attendees and Exhibitors?

The ICFF team is monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and following the guidelines set-forth by our federal and local governments and health agencies. We are also in close contact with local authorities. With the state of the pandemic being so fluid and the event being postponed, we remain cautiously optimistic that we will be able to host an event safely next November. In addition, we are working with other show teams within Emerald who are staging shows ahead of our event to ensure the highest level of control measures and best practices are being implemented. When will ICFF attendee registration open?

ICFF Attendee registration is slated to open June 25th.

Will I get the same booth space in November 2021 that I committed to for May 2021?

Please contact your sales representative for details on the location of your booth space for the November 2021 event.

I would like to roll over funds to another event or speak about other options, how do I do this?

Will WantedDesign Manhattan still co-locate with the ICFF?

Yes, WantedDesign Manhattan will continue to co-locate with ICFF in the November dates, and feature its signature programs including American Design Honors, Launch Pad and Look Book.

With the co-location of BDNY, will attendees be able to attend both shows?

Yes, BDNY attendee badges will be cross honored for the ICFF. The BDNY audience of 7,000+ hospitality designers and owners and operators of hotels and restaurants will create an expanded audience of trade professionals relevant to ICFF exhibitors.

HX: Hotel Experience used to co-locate with BDNY – Will HX still be there during the same dates?

Yes, HX: The Hotel Experience show will still take place with ICFF and BDNY on a separate floor. Cross attendance for all three shows will be permitted.

When will exhibitors receive the exhibitor kit in order to book orders with the official show vendors?

The exhibitor kit will be emailed to all exhibitors in early May.

Who will be the ICFF logistics partner?

Freeman will still be the logistics personnel. You will receive your welcome kit in May, which will include move-in / move-out information and ordering details.

What are the November ICFF show hours?

Sunday, November 14, 10AM-5PM

Monday, November 15, 10AM-5PM

Can ICFF exhibitors promote to the BDNY audience?

Yes – Sponsorships are available to cross promote your show presence to the BDNY market. Please contact your Sales Representative for more details.

Will ICFF exhibitors be featured in the BDNY directory?

No – the show directories will be separate, and each show will have its own directory upon entry of the show hall.

When will the lowest rate ICFF housing block open?

The official housing block for ICFF is OnPeak and housing will open in May of 2021. Please check back on our Travel Page in May to book your hotel inside the ICFF room block for the discounted lowest rate possible.
